Great purchase for shin pain
The ice pack gets very cold, the compression wrap works well, and the neoprene freezer bag for storing the ice pack is a nice touch. Very happy with this purchase.

Sizing issue - had to get larger size than measurements suggested
Sizing issue - I got the “Regular” size because it said it was good up to 16.5” calf. My calf is only 14.5”, but once the insert is frozen, it bulks up such that I was barely able to secure the wrap on my leg. Otherwise it looks like a good product. UPDATE: I decided to order in XL. The fit is much better. I’m bumping it up a star to 4 stars as it functions well and appears well made. I was also pleased that the seller voluntarily offered a refund of the too-small Regular size product after they saw my review.

Awesome product! I’ve been using it for my calf and it works so well. Unlike smaller ice packs, this wrap covers the entire calf, not just one section, which makes recovery much more effective. It’s comfortable, stays in place, and provides great compression along with the cold therapy. Really impressed.

I have tried multiple ice packs for shins after I got terrible shin splints, and these are by far the best. They come with little bags for you to be able to put them in the freezer safely, and they are perfect for wrapping my shins tightly. I have the regular size and it is good for fairly slender calves. For wider calves, definitely get the XL size. My brother could not use these. Highly recommended if you have painful shins! They do take a long while to get very cold so minimum 4 to 6 hours between icing is ideal.
