Smaller than description.Inner circumference is 6" & the top to bottom outer circumference is 9" inc the cotton mass.OK for small bird although I would not want my birds possibly ingesting this loose cotton mass but must return as arrived damaged.

Bought for my African Grey, she just about fits but is too big for it - don't be fooled by the Macaw in the pictures, it is much smaller
