My 3 baby girls- 5yr old girl and 3yr old twin girls, were giving my wife & I issue out of nowhere. They’ve been eating the normal red cap version for years. They were hiding them or throwing them away. This was a perfect substitute. A simple change in flavor made all the difference. The vitamin itself= incredible. It has enough of the daily requirements with the Omega’s added in. I’m a medical professional & always do my due diligence when it comes to pretty much everything, and this is a quality vitamin for children. I could certainly find a better overall option, but they can’t swallow pills & would never drink a vitamin. I do supplement additional vitamins with this, but it’s not necessary. It’s a wonderful GMO free company that keeps my babies very healthy.

Tastes a bit fishy, my 3 y/o twins are getting used to it, just have to give it them when they are hungry and eat it without complaining. I might try cut it up and throw it in a fruit salad or something. Anyway, seems like a solid product otherwise.

This brand seemed quite clean and has all the nutrients we are looking for. And of course above all else the kids love them!
