They do reduce swelling.
It reduces swelling, a least for me. I began experiencing som swelling in right calf/ankle area from extended sitting. This has almost completely eliminated the problem. I take 2 caps twice a day in between meals with a glass of water. Amazing.

Works well against bad BO
As I've gotten older, I've noticed a, uh, smell in my body, that I am not fond of. I take one pill daily to help with that. It works great. The smell of the pill, itself, is awful, but that does not change the quality or effectiveness. I only smell them when I open the bottle and inhale. So, don't do that.

Endometriosis saver
Love this supplement. As a sufferer of endometriosis I have done a ton of research on supplements to help. Bromelian is a strong anti inflammatory and this is one of the best on the market. Easy to swallow capsules and no after taste, noticeably a difference in how I felt and the bloating of my stomach in the first few days. I refuse to miss a day without this supplement

Did not work, smelled horrible
This smelled and tasted so horrible, I pushed through and took it for a month and did not see any relief from swelling, please just go eat some pineapple juice and save yourself the money
