Positive point: it is of good quality. I assembled it with my son and found the quality was good. The joints were perfectly matching and it was solid standing. Negative point: I received it with broken package, but luckily nothing was broken inside.

Exactly as advertised but feels maybe half the cost..cheap and does not feel to have any reason to be this expensive

Very bad quality item. I have bought a similar garage from a shop in Dubai Mall for around the same price that was much better quality.

No tiene muy buena calidad, las rampas se desmontan fácilmente y es muy frágil. Al niño le ha gustado, pero no lo volvería a comprar.

I found the item easy to assemble, with clear, comprehensive instructions. I like the fact that there are many stickers to add and make it more colourful. The design is excellent, with it's choice of two fun routes out of the car park. The helicopter pad is a nice addition. I see that some people have critisised the lift and indeed it does appear to be a bit flimsy, with one string to pull it up and nothing to keep it more steady. I can't say much about that at the moment, as my boy does not yet understand how to use it and I've pushed to the bottom to remain dormant for the time being! I am very satisfied with the toy and my boy loves it. The only gripe I would have is that the a couple of the tracks come off too easily - but they can be quickly and easily re-attached. I paid £26 for the item and I think that was great value, but don't think I would pay the increased price which appears to have more than doubled.
