Es una maravilla! Para mí era un martirio la postura de adho mukha porque se me resbalaban las manos. La toalla es de una microfibra gruesa, de excelente calidad y muy bonita y no te deslizas nada. Aparte de que la encontré en un super precio

I liked the extra long yoga mat towel so much and decided to order this as well. These are the best small hand towels for a hot yoga class. It rolls very small and fits into the yoga bag but it is a much larger towel when opened. It washes and dries very quickly. Excellent product from Manduka!
