Started taking this 3 months in advance before my daughter started going to nursery as we expected to receive new viruses constantly from her interactions there. I was under the impression that enhancing immunity with this product will help reduce the frequency or intensity of getting sick but that did not happen (at least from frequency perspective). I love the quality of this product in particular and of the brand in general. Too much zinc for me as in my country we recommend only 15 mg of zinc per day, so as it is 30 mg I take it one day out of 2, and it s perfectly fine.

It works really well. I don't feel cold all the time, my nails are way stronger, I feel stronger physically. I have adrenal fatigue, which is mostly gone with a good diet and a few supplements and this is one of them is going to be one of them for a long time.
