Totally Bamboo Salt Cellar with Swivel Lid – Bamboo Spice Box Storage Container for Kitchen Countertop with Magnetic Closure – Ideal for Sea Salt, Spices and Herbs

This salt cellar is well made and simply beautiful. We use kosher salt at the dining table and the small bowls we had for the salt always spilled and not having lids, became littered with unwanted debris. It's so great to have this lovely little container with the magnet-seal lid and it's just the right size to not tip over. The simple design is both earthy and modern and compliments our minimalist midcentury decor. I just bought another one for the kitchen table.

The bamboo cellar is an appropriate size for salt and it is attractive. My salt has remained dry and easy to access. It is easy to open and close. Getting a pinch of salt is easy to do. It takes a little practice to get the salt on food as desired, but my hands are old and not as nimble as younger people may have.

Light weight magnetic closure due keeping lid closed. Easy-to-use, ease in cleaning. Good salt cellar. Had my first for 5 years now, just bought two as gifts.

It’s a really nice size to put my finishing salt in. The opening is big enough for my giant man-hands to grab what amount I need. Looks good on a countertop or table. I love that the lid swivels and that there’s a magnet at the closed position, so the cover doesn’t just slip open being jostled around. I’d have given a five star review but for the magnet placement on the one I received. It’s not centered. It’s almost perfectly centered. When closed, there’s a small overlap where the lid sits on the rim of the bottom bowl. It probably won’t affect the freshness of the salt inside. It just drives me crazy to look at, lol.

There are less expensive salt containers out there which are fine if you don’t mind sawdust mingling with your salt. Eew! I quickly returned my less expensive purchase, searched and found this little gem made using the beautiful coloring inherent in Acacia wood, known for its strength, durability and natural beauty. Carved with fine workmanship, the lid slides open and closed with ease, the little spoon (too cute) stays in place lying nestled inside the container for ease of use, not to mentioned the smooth finish both inside and out which is free of saw dust. This container is large enough to hold a good amount of salt, yet small enough that it takes up little space. Definitely something you’ll want to display on your countertop. Is this salt container a game changer? Well, if you’ve fallen for the sea salt flakes that everyone is raving about 😋 and you want the perfect container to put them in, then yeah, this is definitely a game changer. 😊

Great workmanship, function and beauty are found in this little container. I use it to store salt for culinary purposes and it works wonderfully. It is a little smaller than I thought it would be but that was my error as the dimensions were listed. This container is also so attractive that I leave it out on my kitchen counter. The lid is attached and slides/pivots open and stays closed magnetically. Great design and beautiful bamboo that functions easily. Very pleased with this product.

I love this salt and pepper container. I did so much research and looked through so many different options on Amazon before settling on this one. It's a great size, fits in the palm of my hand. I love the magnetic closure and the inside compartments fit a good amount of salt and pepper. Great find and would 100% recommend for cooking fanatics!
