I use this in place of regular flour in recipes for great results. The best part is that what I make tastes great. Most gluten free tastes like cardboard. Red Mill tastes great!

Hard to use when converting recipes, and horrible bean flavour. I use and buy many Bobs Red Mill GF products and this is hands down the worst of the worst.
