I bought the King C. Gillette Soft Beard Balm as a gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves it! The scent is fantastic—fresh, clean, and not overpowering. It works wonderfully as a moisturizer for his beard, especially during the colder months when his skin gets dry and he “sheds his skin.” The balm leaves his beard feeling soft, healthy, and well-groomed without being greasy. The quality is excellent, and it’s easy to apply and absorb. Overall, this has been a perfect gift and a must-have for anyone dealing with a dry or unruly beard!

I ordered this beard balm from Gillette because I already own their beard wash and oil and needed something that can moisture my beard even more. This beard balm does an excellent job with making my beard soft and looking healthy. I use a facial cream spatula stick instead of my finger to avoid getting the balm contaminated in its container. The balm applies really well on my beard and tames the stray hairs. The smell of this balm is subtle and smells masculine, but not in a strong musky way. The texture of the balm feels like lightweight lotion and feels silky smooth when applied. Overall, this is a great product if you're looking to further moisture your beard or mustache. It keeps the stray hairs at bay and keeps your facial hair looking healthy. Gillette used quality ingredients in this beard balm product and nailed it. I use this product as a leave-in conditioner after showering while my beard is still damp. It smells great and leaves my beard feeling soft and smooth.

I like to try different beard balms and this one caught my eye. To start, I have to say out of every beard balm I’ve tried, this one might provide the most product I’ve encountered. It’s a very light lotion like consistency, which is not something I particularly like. I like a balm that’s a bit thicker, so that it has some styling hold for my beard. Its scent is very much like a cologne. It may be the cocoa butter I smell the most, but i give the scent a 3/5. Overall a solid pick for a moisturizing beard balm.

This stuff is fantastic! It softens the beard, moisturizes the skin under the beard and smells great. A little can go a long way.

I like that it's a cream and not a hard wax. The wax is hard to use but this spreads so easily it's much better. Plus my wife loves the smell.
