The item is good. The sizes are not clear and one size does not fit all

The pads fit to all my family members over 100lbs very well. They are easy to wear and clean. The plastic shields are not very good quality but they do the job to protect when fall. I did not intentionally fall on concrete slabs instead did fall on carpet and grass lawn. There were no damages after the falling. But I fell the plastic shields are strong enough to withhold a hard fall on concrete from a roller skate or bicycle accident. How much a damage of the shields from that kind of fall and surface is beyond my experience.

The fit perfectly and I am very happy with the product.

These provide excellent protection for anybody who does extreme sports. These pads are durable and will last you a while. I use them for recreational purposes only though. They would also work well for those who are professional roller derby racers.
