The bottle describes these as a "dietary supplement", whatever that means. I've been taking them for years in case they might stop the progression of peripheral neuropathy. So far so good. I don't know if they help, but they shouldn't hurt.

I have taken folic acid for quite a while now this is a nice size, Easy to swallow - a great price. I have no idea how Folic Acid works, no idea about its efficacy.

I was reviewing the cost of prescriptions to change insurance. The price of Potassium Gluconate 650mg Caplets per prescription was $20 for 28 tablets. The exact same thing purchased here is, with tax, $7.13 for 100 tablets!!!!! Now there is a big difference. I'm glad I happened to check. If anything I think these absorb even better but hard to prove. However, there is no more muscle cramping, (which can also be dehydration btw) Medication that my husband takes also depletes potassium. Without a supplement, he has charlie horses. I think we all know how horrible those can be!! This works like a charm.

This is a great product. Small easy to swallow and no taste whatsoever and doesn’t melt in your mouth like most teeny tiny pills do. Did I mention that it’s really small and yellow! Fantastic. Give it to your kids along with CoQ10 fish oil and start them off young towards great brain health and development!

I normally have no issues with taking pills but these need to be cut otherwise they feel like feel like they sit in my throat and irritate me for awhile. Will not repurchase.

I felt the need to start taking vitamins again and found these Women's Daily Vitamins at a reasonable price. I liked that they claimed to support metabolism and immune system. I'm glad I tried them. I've been taking them for a few weeks and I can feel the benefit.

This is the first supplement I've bought from the USA. I'm really concerned about all of the additives. Do all vitamins and minerals really contain all of the stuff below? Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Crospovidone, Talc, Stearic Acid, Hypromellose, Polydextrose, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Silica and Triglycerides FOR EXAMPLE, Ferro-grad C, the top seller in Australia, is a completely different-looking tablet with no additives. I won't be buying 'Actually' brand again. I like top quality.
