The name Caswell-Massey Heritage Healer All-Purpose Salve is a bit of a mouthful, but it does the job well. While it's quite expensive, I believe it's the best salve I can use as a lip balm. As someone who struggles with dry lips every day, especially when traveling, applying this salve twice a day keeps my lips moisturized and comfortable. It has only a hint of fragrance, so it’s not at all off-putting. I started using it when I was dealing with painful, cracked lips in cold weather, and I’ve come to trust the word "healer" in its name. Though pricey, it lasts a long time for me, so I’m always willing to invest in it.

I love this salve. Great texture and nice scent. It is very emollient and has really helped with my horrible and dry hang nails. I keep it beside my chair and rub a little in a few times a day.

I work in the floral department at a large grocery store. In the winter, my hands get so dry, that my skin actually cracks wide open. Every rose thorn that happens to jab into my thumb, becomes a sore, raw hole. I Super Glue my skin together on a daily basis. My manager purchased your Heritage Hand Healer Hand Salve and let me try some. The fragrance was mild, but very pleasant, the texture was thick, but seemed to dissolve into my skin immediately. The roughness of my skin became smooth and my poor damaged skin felt soft again. I keep this by my couch, so I can apply it in the morning and evening. This salve has really helped my skin.

Very emollient

Not much fragrance and not especially good at softening cracked dry skin on joints,hands or feet. Good ol’ petroleum jelly works a lot better,
