カプセルに充填しようとパウダーの物を購入しましたが、かなり厳しいことが分かりました。 空気に触れるとすぐに湿気を吸収して粘度が増すので、サラサラパウダーからベタベタした感じになります。 なのでベタベタしてカプセルに入れるのがすごい難しくなります。 ただ、普通に食してもきな粉のような味で美味しかったのでヨーグルトとかと混ぜて食べようかなと思います
