bought this 2 years ago and using it twice a week and as of today the grinder still works perfectly like new. the product is very tough and have receive many abuse from a busy kitchen but im speechless.

Very good but the machine has loud noise, and no added plastic brush for perfect cleaning

The main gear will be broken within few months. It's a plastic. You can find a lot of videos on youtube about it. And you'll get the same issue again for a while after repair. Because new gear will be the same. The main issue is that the manufacture service center located in Abu Dhabi only and there is no option for a free warranty repair in Dubai. Just to send it by courier and pay twice for the both way. Even Amazon offered the refund not repair because of the service center location.

j'ai acheté ce hachoir il y a un an et j'en suis super contente. Je prépare des terrines de sanglier et de porc avec. Bien qu'un peu bruyant il hache très bien et vite. Toutefoirs le lard nécessite un peu de plus de patience. J'ai utilisé l'accessoire pouar les saucisses. Là c'est un peux plus pénible le passage de la viande hachée vraiment trop lent. Rapport qualité prix rien à dire ! Ce hachoir est de belle qualité et très facile à nettoyer
