Works well for what it is
I bought this mass gainer two months so I can gain weight and put on muscle mass. Let me tell you it worksssss! Over the two months I’ve been taking it I’ve noticed noticeable size gains across my entire body. Though one thing if you were to take this and not train with intensity you’ll gain fat but me since I train five days a week with high intensity per session this mass gainer works very well as my post workout shake and helped significantly to put on muscle mass as well.

Vanilla tastes awful
I bought the vanilla flavor and it’s one of the worse mass gainers I have drank, the after taste is very bad makes me gag. I have the full bottle and I can’t even return it
