I have used the iron during the last one week, working is good. the steamer is not that strong and 300 ml water finishes quickly. If anyone looking for a good steam iron, this is not the one but I was not looking for a steam iron so meets my expectations. I was expecting a bit lighter in weight but it is a bit heavy. yes I will recommend this to buy.

This is an excellent Steam Iron. I've really liked having the options on this. It's easy to clean and works great! Happy with the purchase.

So this is a hugely expensive iron. It works great, until it stops working.. which was after 4 months. Will now need to figure out if I can get it repaired… this is not what I expect from Philips and it’s just not acceptable.

Its very practical , easy to use for beginners and value for money.

I had an old one of these which died on me and had no hesitation to replace it with the newest version. On the steam setting, it glides over linen ironing out all the creases. I am delighted with it. I never fill with tap water though as it is so hard here - always use distilled water as I am sure that this extends the life of the iron.

I did not realise the hard work ironing had become until I purchased this new Philips Azur Steam Iron to replace my old one (which was over 20 years old). I have had none of the problems listed in the various reviews for this product and I find it lighter and very easy to use, and it gets rid of all the creases even on cotton handkerchiefs/napkins. It is a rather thirsty iron, but I don't mind this as I get through my ironing a lot quicker with this wonderful iron. The limescale calclean is supposedly a lot quicker than the old iron, but I have not had to use this yet and I use boiled water as I live in a hard water area. With regard to lack of the 'U' clip I kept the clip from my old iron as well as the velcro clip.
