These hemp seeds are very fresh and good quality. They have a mild, nutty flavor and mix easily into smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal. The large bag is a great value, and the texture is consistent with no bitterness. I use them regularly and would definitely repurchase.

Great quality & quantity! I use this to make my own hemp seed milk.... 1/2 cup hemp seeds, 3 cups water in the blender and boom you've got hemp milk enough for 3-4 days. Refridgerate. It's more economical and environmentally friendly than buying all the containers of milk or non-dairy milk, and it's impossible to find a non-dairy milk that doesnt have additives and fillers in it.

We always keep a bag of these in the fridge and use daily. Top quality and never any issues. Great flavor and texture.

Have been using this product for a few years. Have it usually in oatmeal parfaits. Packaging is perfect and of high quality. Use for my everyday diet.

I have been mixing it with some dough and putting it in multiple kinds of soup. I usually grind it, but I've taken to boiling it with dehydrated sweet potatoes recently and that doesn't make me feel like i need to grind it because the DhSP requires a lot of time in the water which also softens the hemp. I will say that it seems to have taken 3 bags of the stuff to finally notice some sort of tree nut contamination. I don't think it bothered me other than I noticed a little ball way too hard for me to bite into, so I just spat it out. I am sure it came from this bag but I'm not sure what it was, either. It was the only bit I've encountered though, through 6 pounds of the product, so not bad but also noteworthy for anyone worried about tree nuts. I certainly can't eat the stuff and I'm not even sure that it was tree nuts, but whatever it was, it was in my DhSP soup which means I hadn't even tried to grind it or else I might have got a better look at it. Maybe it was a rock, who really knows? Nuts are weird either way.

Super delicious and fresh. I eat these with pumpkin seeds for a delicious power snack.
