I've been taking probiotics for years with great success. Due to the company's manufacturing issues, I tried this. This contains slippery elm herb and I've known for years that this herb does not dissolve well in water. Thus, leaving a weird after taste. I mix it with a shot of water to take it in one gulp. Chase it with more water. The best part is that the slippery elm is a powerful ingredient in regulating the bowels. My homeopathic doctor had recommended it to me years ago and had since forgotten about it. This just made things better!
