The item does not work. I bought 4 boxes. All the wax on the strip has hardened and dried up. To be fair, I have bought this multiple times before and it has worked well. This batch is completely disappointing. It cost more to return.

When the teenage son started comparing his mustache to mine, I figured it was time to do something about it. I'm glad I decided to try these out, they were simple to use. I followed the instructions & didn't have any issues. There's a skin-protecting powder to apply before waxing, which seems to have protected my skin really well, and there's a cleansing/soothing oil to use afterward, and there was no irritation when I used that, either. I'm very happy to report that my son finally has more of a mustache than me!

Best wax strips, the only time they've never not worked properly is of they are super old and that's the retailers fault. Great company, been using their wax since they started. Grab the hair well and don't rip your skin off of you need a second application.

Received after a very long wIt. When they arrived they were useless. I ended up with not just needing to get rid of unwanted hair but of unwanted wax too! Never again. I'll stick to tweezers.
