المنتج جيد سهل الاستخدام بعد مراجعة الدليل المشكلة في التغليف السلعة كانت مفتوحة من الخارج لا يوجد أي تغليف للكرتونة ولا حتى لاصق صغير .بعد أسبوع من الاستخدام بل من بداية الاستخدام لاحظت أن الطاقة تفصل أحيانا عن جانب الاكسبرسو والكابتشينو. راجعت كتيب التعليمات ولم أجد هذا خطأ .حاولت استبدالها ولكن الموقع افادني بأن السلعة الجديدة ستتوفر بعد أكثر من شهر. ولهذا قمت بطلب الاسترجاع واضافة النقود الى البطاقة وأطلبها مرة أخرى وسأعلمكم ما سيحصل للجديدة. هل هذا خطأ شائع أم عارض.منحت ثلاثة نجوم لأن جانب الأمريكانو ليس به أي عيب.

Marican coffee system failed
When i got this machine everything was working perfectly, after few months now the amircan coffee function is not working properly, i put 5 cups of water with 5 spoons of coffee the machi e gives me 3 cups of coffee, lot of water vibrated
