Very convenient and powerful: I use this vacuum almost daily to just sweep up ....so use the fast speed.... This saves so much of my time and When I do a more thorough cleaning, I use the slow speed as the battery lasts longer. So happy to have this vacuum....so much easier than using a cord and having to shift it from room to room. It has lived up to my expectations and does what it promises. It should be a must-have for every home.

I bought this product as it looked like a good quality product . This product turned out to be extremely poor quality the suction of the vacuum is very poor and after one month the battery will start being problematic. There are less expensive Vacuums that will do a much better job. Highly recommend not to buy this product.

Easy to handle and works well

The charger for the Hoover is no more working. This is still under warranty. We appreciate if this would be changed asap and taking the original one. Pls advise how to do that ?

You’d thing buying a vacuum cleaner from Hoover you’d be guaranteed efficiency and quality. However, the battery is not good it stopped charging after 8 months of purchase. You’d have to buy another battery which costs 300 aed +. overall not worth the purchase. The head is heavy to carry and the battery is not long lasting. Suction is not that great either and cleaning it is a hassle. Do not buy. There are plenty of better options.

Had it for 2 months, works well although the top part is too heavy so a pain to stand up. Had it for not even 3 months and the battery has become defective..

I am in love with this vacuum! It is compact and fits well in one corner & by switching this to handheld vacuum, I can clean sofa, entrance table & stairs with ease & convenient (2 in 1 vacuum) It has completely changed my cleaning routine and saves me a lot of time Like I literally don’t have to spend hours cleaning and can get my work done in few minutes and clean every corner of the house through it Thank you Hoover for such an amazing product

Battery barely lasted even though i barely used it. Buying a replacement battery costs as much as the whole kit. Waste of money.

Great vacuum... very good suction, and easy to handle. Battery doesn't last as long as I would like, but I have a small enough apartment, so it's not that big of an issue. Great product!

I did like this vacuum. It worked great for my HW floors and carpets. Used it maybe 15-20 times. Now battery won't take a charge. New battery is $82 bucks! I won't take a chance on a non-OEM replacement battery. I have a inquiry out on the warantee. Not sure of the details, but its most likely out of warantee and its going in the trash. UPDATES: I did buy a non-OEM replacement battery so the Vac is up and running again. I also submitted a warrantee claim because the warrantee for the Vac and Battery is 3 years. Tech sent me some troubleshooting tips but all eventually still led to a failed battery pack. I just received an email that my warrantee claim has been approved and a new 4ah battery pack is going to be shipped to me. So I am giving this 5 stars because of the great support Hoover provided. I had also talked with a CS rep on the phone and that was a very pleasant experience. Kudos to you Hoover!

**UPDATE, November 30, 2020.** I bought this item on June 3, 2020. That's just UNDER 6 months. The Official Update is that MY BATTERY NO LONGER WORKS!!! Per the blinking red light on the charger, it's saying that my battery pack is defective. So now I either get to buy a new battery, or enjoy my $160 vacuum as "wall art" in my laundry room where it hangs. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Changed to 1 star review. Original Review is unedited below. ---------------------------------------------------- For some reason I like vacuums. I don't know why, I just like them. So when the time came to look for a cordless stick vacuum, I did my research. I adopted the neighborhood cat when she got pregnant over the winter and she gave birth to 5 kittens, so with 6 cats in the house, I need to vacuum. A lot. This Hoover works quite well for what it is, but you have to understand its limitations. First of all, this WILL NOT REPLACE your plug-in (corded) vacuum cleaner. Also note that Hoover is a little .... optimistic about the running time. It is NOT 30+ minutes. It's more like 12 when you have it going full power. Let's break down what happens here: When you power it on, you get full-power suction and half-speed brush rotation. If you are doing carpet, hit the CARPET button and the brushes will spin up to full speed. If you're doing hard floors or light cleaning, hit the ECO button and you get reduced suction. When both are on full power (like I need for cat hair and cat litter), running time is DRASTICALLY reduced, but during that time, it really performs quite well. I saw another reviewer complain that all the weight is at the top, near your hand so it's difficult to keep the vacuum head on the floor and I can definitely see what they're talking about, but it takes about 5 minutes to learn how to adapt your grip to overcome this. The LED lights are really bright and I love them. My corded vacuum is a Dyson Ball, which (inexplicably for $500) doesn't have a &$*@ing headlight.... (shrugs), so having these lights is really nice! Listen, this is NOT going to replace your full sized vacuum, but it is quite powerful, very agile, lays flat to vacuum under tables and beds and some sofas (another thing my Dyson ball doesn't do), and really picks up an impressive amount of hair. If you think of this thing as more of a "Dust-buster on steroids", I'm sure you'll be pleased. This is not going to run all day and clean your entire house, but for those moments when someone sends a text that says, "Hey can I drop by in 10 minutes?" And you don't feel like hauling out the full-sized vacuum, unreeling the cord, finding a plug, vacuuming, winding up the cord and putting it away... you'll love this thing! And if you have a small house or apartment with a hard floor where you can run the brushes at half-speed and the suction in ECO mode, you'll probably love it even more! And considering the Dyson cordless vacuum are like $600 (!!) and even the Shark cordless vacuums are like $400 (!), I feel like this is a good alternative to those - as well as those other brands you've never heard of with the suspiciously Chinese-sounding names that you can find here on Amazon. Now, let's just see how long the battery continues to work well...
