It’s easy to install and perfect and a better replacement for my old faucet! Love it!

This faucet is heavy, sturdy, and beautiful. The only complaint is that it doesn't have removable valve seats. I replaced the soft valve washers with harder flat washers, and the water shut-off is better defined (less spongy). With either washers, water shuts off with very little force on the handles.

I was impressed with the faucet when I received it. Feels much heavier duty than expected. It works perfect!

So far, so good with this faucet. As others have noted, the faucet closure is rather spongy due to the soft rubber bushings. So there is a range of handle positions where the faucet shuts off - there isn't a hard stop. If running a low volume of water, there is a slight tendency for the valves to self-shut, or reduce flow. I don't see it as a major problem. What can be a problem is the faucet spout self-loosening. There seems to be a fine line for tightening the spout to allow movement, but not loosen the spout from the fixture when it is rotated counter-clockwise. It surprisingly just fell off one time, but was not a catastrophe. But something to look out for. Reviewers that say the unit "leaks" just didn't do a good job of installation, such as cleaning pipe threads, wrapping threads with teflon tape, sufficient torquing of pipe nipples, etc. Leaks come easy for us amateur plumber hacks; it took me a couple times to get it right. But the unit itself is not leaky.

This item was one of very few like it. I saw some locally and like the features on this one for my sink. I can see why others don't want to compete with it. It works great. Perfect fit of my sink, 22" inside diameter. The valves have a very long throw. Full on is real near 360 degrees from off so make sure you have room for them to move. Excellent

Disappointed with Quality and Customer Support I purchased two of this brand’s faucets in good faith, expecting them to last well beyond 8 months and 1.5 years under normal household use. Unfortunately, one faucet began leaking after just 8 months, and I was told it’s “unrepairable” due to internal wear—completely unacceptable for a product that should last years. The second faucet, less than two years old, is also showing signs of failure. Faucets are not disposable items, and this kind of premature wear suggests a serious quality control issue. Even worse, the company's warranty response has been frustrating and unhelpful. Offering to send a single faucet and a discount toward a new faucet. Why would I want to replace my faucet with the same poorly designed model? At this point, I’m not interested in a replacement—I’m requesting a full refund for a product that clearly failed to meet basic quality standards.

Working fine and look s good though doesn’t have stop points for cold or hot handles so they’re off mismatched when off making it look defective.

Hot and cold tap handle won't stay closed. It keeps open and let water flow even I close them very tightly. So I had to order another better faucet from other seller and unfortunately it took a month to delivered. So I can't even return this not functional faucet. I wasted about $140 of my money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
