The ingredients say gpc, not alpha-gpc. most other brands describe their products as alpha-gpc. is this something to be concerned about?

How long did it take till you noticed any benefits? :)

I was using it in conjunction with Pramiracetam. Pramiracetam and Nootropics like it are well known for needing plenty of Choline to help it work. Since Alpha GPC crosses the blood brain barrier the best out of all the Choline's I needed a supplement that provided that. I never experienced the headaches that can come from the lack of Choline while using Pramiractam in conjunction with The Natural Brain Enhancer. So in that respect I noticed the benefits immediately. Outside of that everyone is different and everyone will, depending on dosage and length of time taking it, experience or not experience any benefits. I mention dosage because from what I have read it is a good idea to go high on the dosage of PS, as high as 800 mg daily at first then bring it down to 100 mg for maintenance. A good dosage of Alpha GPC is as high as 600 mg daily. One thing is for sure, most people want instant benefits from supplements and for the most part that is never the case. For some supplements it can take 3 to 4 months to really tell the difference. So once your start a supplement it is a good idea to give it a good length of time to tell if you are, or are not, experiencing any benefits from it. I am not a Doctor and all of this is just my opinion. This may or may not have helped. Always do some serious research on all ingredients in a supplement online and check for the best DOSAGE for MAX benefits.

Is this for adults only?

I would say Yes, adults only due to the fact the Supplemental Fact label states "Suggested Adult Use". Or check with your physician by showing them the ingredient list to see what they think.

hi bought this yesterday usually the supps are all white but this fime they were a little brown and the bottle had a strong smell from it .

They should be slightly off white with flecks of yellow/brown and YES they do have an odor to them. Don't think they should be showing up brown as soon as you open the bottle. They do turn brownish yellow after a couple months especially in a humid environment. They're never white like the cotton they put in the bottle!
