Not practical to use
The extension rope is alway in the way. its not practical to use for kickups as the ball is close to you and the rope keeps getting in the way. Unless i'm doing something wrong please provide better instructions or a video to show how best to use it

Parfait pour s'entraîner seul, travailler la technique. Le ballon revient très bien ce qui permet d'enchaîner les exercices, type contrôle, passes, enchaînements. Facile à mettre et à régler en fonction de la longueur et des exercices prévus... utilisé par un enfant de 8 ans aussi bien qu'un ado de 15 ans... robuste aucun problème très satisfait
