Basic straight forward thermometer that does the job well and at this price it is well worth it!

Good product for the price. When in use, the device takes about 10 seconds to show you the core temperature of the food being checked. Patience is the name of the game.

Does the job

Works ok, but if you are frying a salmon and you need a quick read, it is not well suited. O waited for the temperature to stabilize and my salmon got burned.

This product is very good

I purchased an air fryer few days ago and I was advised to use a thermo to check if the food is properly cooked. I was so exited to try it with my first air fryer meal, cheese sticks. Unfortunately it took a lot of time to read the temperature, I felt restless waiting for the reading to stop. I heard that slow thermos can take up to 10 seconds. I could say it almost reached 1 min and the readings were still moving up. I gave up and removed it from the food. In short, if you are not a patient person, this is not your product.
