Good Mobility without much pain.
With a knee break it is not easy to heal. If you do not want a complete knee replacement this is the way to go. Mine I can not do without. I use it most of the time. Steps are difficult to use it as it is a little heavy and stiff to bend. I chose not to have a knee replacement as they are a life long pain to deal with.
