Can the monitor be mounted to a monitor arm? Because of the awkward, wide legs it would take a rather wide stand to raise its height.

Best monitor arm I have used. One single thing to look at though, if you A) clamp the monitor arm onto the edge of your desk and B) you desk is going to be close to a wall then you need to consider another. I drilled a hole at the distance of 16" back from the front of my desk. Not everyone can decide to do that.

If the question is, can the monitor be mounted on a wall, the answer is yes. However, you'll have to buy the wall mount kit, separately. To see the particulars, go to the Samsung website and find the product information for this monitor. Then download the manual which describes the installation. Otherwise, the monitor comes with a stand.

would I be able to get 4k @60 on a ps4 pro via hdmi and 4k @ 60 via display port for pc with this moniter?

On PC, yes, you can run 4k@60Hz via either the HDMI 2.0 or the DP 1.2 port with this monitor; on PS4 Pro, technically yes, but the console doesn't actually have enough processing power to render graphics at 4k@60Hz, so all the games outputting 4k@60Hz signals on PS4 Pro are taking some shortcuts rendering graphics (i.e. not true 4k). The PS4 Pro has just barely enough processing power to render graphics at 4k@30Hz, so if you are going to run 4k on PS4 Pro, do it at 30Hz. Even then you are going to drop a few frames here and there depending on the game.
