This really makes a good cup of coffee. It takes a bit of doing but is worth the effort. The coffee has to be finely ground and produces a great cup of coffee which isn't harsh or bitter - I drink coffee black. Make sure you choose a good coffee to go with your new decanter.

Every part of this machine seems designed after so long experiments. Taste is excellent as well, in comparison with other brewing methods, thanks for the Japanese hands. Japanese technology and innovation are shown in all its parts. And the idea beyond the cone is great since the air block of the Chemex style is avoided. I like the V60 cone, which can be put on the table. Also, this model of beautiful style can be put on the serving table and give the required admire. However, I would like it better if it would be provided with lid.

I love this product to brew my V60 coffee morning

The Hario V60 Glass Decanter is a beautiful and well-designed piece of coffee gear. The glass is sturdy and heat-resistant, and the silicone band gives a secure grip while pouring. My only small gripe is that the glass feels a bit thin, so it requires careful handling, and it doesn’t retain heat for very long. Love this decanter, my wife reckons its the best luxurious coffee experience you can get. Its ritualistic in its use! Definitely looks as pretty as advertised and coupled with James Hoffman's V60 Technique, I think it makes the best pour-over anyone can enjoy. Highly recommend using this to take your coffee experience to the next level!

Lekker simpel en van goede kwaliteit, zeker voor deze prijs. In het begin even juiste verhouding zoeken, wat in de handleiding aangegeven staat vond ik te sterk. Heb de dripper nu ruim 1 jaar, gebruik het bijna dagelijks en ben er nog steeds heel blij mee.

Ayant eu plusieurs équipement Hario, je trouve que ce dripper est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix et le plus simple et pratique à utiliser & stocker. Une valeur sûre. Le goutteur est en plastique, donc léger, facile à manipuler, pratiquement incassable, ne nécessite pas de préchauffage contrairement au céramique. La carafe est en verre suffisamment épais, donc c'est assez solide. Elle est plus grande que sa capacité, ce qui à l'usage est en fait assez pratique (même si ce sont des détails) : on peut facilement tapoter sur la partie haute pour bien répartir le café, et elle est également très facile à laver car la forme est simple et ample. Après, le goutteur en plastique est peut-être pas ce qu'il y a de plus esthétique, même si c'est très pratique. Et le café refroidit assez vite dans la carafe : il vaut mieux le boire assez vite ou utiliser un thermos :)
