This is my second Kettle from Russell Hobbs, I changed the previous kettle purely because its been 4 years running, without any issue. This new kettle didnt disapoint either. Its running smoooth and fast to get water boiling !

Good.. water gets hot so quickly & size is good. But the body gets very hot & dangerous for children to be around

I really like this brand have been using it for years, the Kettle is shiny if you like to keep your appliances looking classy it has an option to boil 1 cup, 2 cup with the button switching up respectively. Also when it's hot the button spring to open the Kettle is very helpful. It's great for a family of four. You should be careful as the Kettle can be carried only by handle after boiling. Cord is normal length and needs to be near the switch for use

Cheap plastic case from the outside , waste the effort, the advertised as stainless steel , however it is only in the inside.

Really happy with this kettle. It is lightweight, it looks smart, pours well, and boils quickly and relatively quietly compared to some kettles. I also like that the minimum amount you can boil is quite low so I can save energy by just boiling enough for one cup at a time.

This may not be the most exciting product but it does the key things that you want an electric kettle to do. It boils water tolerably fast, the water level gauge works well (for a right-handed person), looks smart, and VERY IMPORTANTLY it pours water where you want it. Our previous Bosch kettle (plastic rather than this metal Russell Hobbs kettle) was always dribbling where you didn't want it. The only down-side is that the Russell Hobbs is a little bit noisy, but this is being "picky".

One would think that buying a kettle would be a simple thing – no way. We bought a kettle that dripped whenever you poured from it so we were determined to replace it with a new kettle that did not drip - and bingo this kettle does exactly what it says and has not dripped a drop. Why is non drip such a special feature? Nevertheless it is easy to fill, boils water, turns off, pours and does not drip. I would have liked the silent feature of other kettles and brushed rather than polished stainless steel but whoopee do this one does not dip and that is just great.

Very happy with this kettle when I bought it. Does not stop as some reviews had said However I bought it in January and now at the end of May it has stopped working. The button you press to boil it does not light up any more and the kettle won't boil. Very disappointed.

Do not buy this model, I purchased two for our village hall and both have now failed in the past two weeks outside of the easier 6 month warranty period. On one the on/off switch has failed and on the other it trips out the circuit each time, but I assume its to do with the on/off switch again. These have had very light use, very unsatisfactory. I notice this product is currently unavailable, wonder why....
