I love these vitamins. I’ve been taking them daily for almost a year now. My hair is thicker, shinier, growing fast, and I shed less hair overall. I noticed new growth at my temples and hairline within the first 2 months! My nails are stronger, they grow fast, and they break less than they did before. I was worried about acne since I read that biotin can cause problems with breakouts, so started out taking one capsule daily and now take 2 capsules daily. I have had no acne problems. I don’t see the need to take 3 daily because I’m having such good results with the dose I currently take. I definitely recommend these. My brother complains about his receding hairline, and I’ve been urging him to get him on the hair vitamin bandwagon, but so far, he’s being a stubborn man. I’ll update this with his results if I can get him to change his mind.

Pretty, shiny pink pills- they recommend 3/day. Holy smokes do these things work! I’ve always had SUPER thin nails that flake and easily bend (think medium thickness paper). Every other kind of hair skin and nails or prenatal I’ve tried has done a little bit but nothing close to what these do! I will say they go down really easy since they are smooth but the first few days they made me burp and it had a pretty weird taste to it but now I don’t have any issues.

Product came quickly and in good shape. Noticed my hair growing quicker and maybe stronger but didn’t notice any difference in skin, and nails were still as brittle and grooved as before. This with 2 months use. Easy to swallow pills.
