These don’t really work.

It stayed put excellently if I avoid wearing shoes (my blister was at the heel) and just wear sandals. Didn't fall off even after showering. However, once I put on shoes and went for a walk (with protective ankle gel to prevent blister), it did start to come off. Maybe it was the protective gel's fault idk. BUT it really relieved me from the pain instantly once i put it on--and it was extremely painful beforehand and I don't feel pain that often. I put it on once only, in just that 24 hours, once it came off it healed to the point that it wasn't painful anymore. I had the blister a couple of days before I got this product. Before that everytime anything touches the blister I felt like screaming at the top of my lungs. I couldn't even walk properly. My blister was more like I was skinned though, not the usual blister. Overall I'd recommend, if not just as a first aid kit & to accelerate the healing process. You'd have to really take care of the plaster though if you want it to stay on. Avoid anything rubbing it too often.

These work very well but adhesion isn’t great.

These are amazing. My heels were torn to shreds from Dr Martens. Put these onto the deroofed blisters and they are the only brand that actually stayed on for days and formed the protective layer described and let them heal much nicer and quicker.
