I bought a Makita rebar wire tie gun. Works okay for the price. The wire spools for the gun are a must but the gun doesn't tie tight enough so on verticle rebar I double up ties and sometimes add a hand tie.

The wire comes out, so tangled up in the roll if you can’t use them very expensive not to use very bit of it
