Hoe kan je dit in hemelsnaam versturen?
Verpakking was was boven naar beneden compleet beschadigd, overal krassen. De indruk die het mij gaf was dat deze al een tijdje op de plank heeft gelegen bij ze..... ik snap niet hoe je dit bewust alsnog verstuurd naar je klanten.....

Questi pupazzi sono bellissimi, li conosco ed è per questo che li acquisto volentieri. Mi dispiace solo che in questa occasione la scatola era stata aperta e presentava delle ammaccature, essendo un regalo di compleanno avrei gradito una confezione integra... purtroppo non avevo tempo per un reso con sostituzione. I prodotti prima di essere spediti andrebbero visionati e consegnati perfetti.
