Yes. It is it actually helps keep the color.

Q: is this good for low porosity curls ?

I have low porosity hair and I thought it worked well for my hair. These reviews are are hard because everyone’s hair is still different but I bought it for that reason. I liked it because it wasn’t thick or sat in my hair and allowed me to use curl creams, etc without buildup

Hi :) it's actually not oily at all. It's a creme you only put a small amount on our hands and rub it into your hair and if u need to use more you do so. I've used the argan oil before doe my hair and it just damaged my hair more because of the oils. That's why I love the Carol's daughter hair milk because it keeps my hair healthier looking more than ever. And my hair is healthier now too. Overall no Oily hair with this product :)

Q: Can I use this on dry hair as a detangler/conditioner,or only on wet hair?

I believe it's meant to use in wet hair as a leave in conditioner.
