These are good quality i bought them because it said it has vitamins that I need to help lighten dark spots on my face. You cant really taste them but never ever ever take these on an empty stomach because you will feel like your dying and it will make you nauseous. These are working the spots on my face are getting alot lighter that now I can cover them with light makeup. It says to take 2 but I recommend just take 1 a day. And I will definitely buy again before I run out. Also helps when your sick.

I have taken this for years as there is no other brand that offers such a packed combo. Also, if you have babies who can't swallow pills yet... this is the way to do it. I open a capsule and sprinkle a dash in each bottle thru the day so they don't taste it and they get anywhere from a quarter to a whole capsule per day in total depending on age. It helps my grand babies not get sick anymore. This immune formula along with silver hydrosol will get them over any sickness. 😉

Great Vitamins

These are really good vitamins, but please do not take them on an empty stomach I did and I had to go to the hospital because I felt really really nauseous and dizzy. I took them just fine before that time but with a meal lol this time I took them on an empty stomach and regretted it lol so please eat a meal with these vitamins, but they are very good vitamins. I recommend them.

I have not gotten sick since taking this so I find it effective. Ez to swallow, no after taste, ez to use.

We all use it when we feel a cold coming 🤧. It helps out tremendously.

Really great combination of essentials.All I add is a B complex and magnesium.
