Boken är skriven av de två mest kända personerna i USA när det gäller kris och beredskaps och överlevnads medicin Joseph Alton MD och Amy Alton ANRP sjuksköterska. Boken är mycket bra den innehåller mycket information som är verkligen användbar och allt är förklarat klart och tydligt på ett enkelt sätt och allt är uppdelat i olika kapitel hur man gör med svårare skador det tar upp också mediciner och vad man kan ersätta dom med plus en massa annat. Det är den absolut bästa boken i ämnet så jag rekommenderar att köpa den och ha den i bokhyllan man kan också ha den som ett uppslagsverk eller läsa den rätt igenom . Men jag kan inte se något minus vad gäller den här boken så där har jag dock inget att komma med.
