Great garland

Very poor quality and even worst customer service.
It arrived quickly is the only good thing I can say. I ordered 2 of them and they came in 2 packages. I opened one but instantly knew that this is not what I expected. The picture looks like it would be fully and good quality and it was absolutely the opposite. I packaged it back up and requested a return on the same day. This was accepted but only 1 returns label was sent. I taped the 2 together and sent it with evri. 2days later I received one back as they had snipped them apart. I have tried to contact them and ask for another returns label for the 2nd package but the responses were as of they hadn't even read and understood what it is I wanted. They just said be patient for your refund. I have tried numerous times to explain the situation but I received a message now 3 weeks plus on to say that as the product was not defective then I was not eligible for a refund????? This is after they accepted my return and received the product back???? The post does state free 30day returns so I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service that I have received. They need to change the product photo as it is not as advertised. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, ITS APPALLING.

Lovely and bright for christmas
I ordered two snow tips garlands. Ive found these of good quality. Look quite flat but once opened up and the branches fluffed up they are really nice. I add some acorns, baubles and lights and I think it looks fab. Value for money.

Cheap and cheerful, battery lights, quite flat even when bulked up and no where near as dense as the pictures. Usual Chineses knock off in Amazon. Poor quality but length and colour is as describedz

Very thick and lush. Looks more expensive than it is. I like the different light options for flashing speeds etc

Ugly as hell. Nothing like the snowy looking picture. Barely any white on it. So horrible, had to adjust and decorate it ourself
