This was a gift for my daughter-in-law. She loved it!

I really wanted to like this but its so bad quality that within 3 days of use a piece of the clear top broke off and i almost swallowed it. It probably broke off with the heat of my coffee. After that coffee does not come out only little drops at a time. Also, Coffee does not stay hot. I'm back looking for a new one now. So disappointing.

I Intend to use it that would look chic for a handy drink container that I can carry around when traveling. It is so chic though but it leaks. For something that is a named brand such as this, it should have passed the highest quality standard expected from it and allow one to get his money's worth. I would understand if it were just a tumbler and not thermal. If other cheap brands can achieve a non-leak thermal tumbler, why can't Kate Spade. now I need a bag just right to fit it in so much so that it always stays in an upright position to avoid any leak.

Bought as a gift for my sister. She loved it and so did her coworkers. It was a big hit with the ladies at her work. Stylish and works great for her morning coffee.

Gave this as a gift for my girlfriend who loves Kate and polka dots in general. Colors, pattern, everything looked great on it and she loved it when she opened her gift! However there are a few problems with it, notably the sliding mechanism on the top to either open or close the lid on when you need to take a drink. Unfortunately that slide did not last long, maybe a few morning coffees, before sliding off completely in the car. I was able to reattach it, but repeat use would lead to the same thing happening again and again to the point it fell off completely and we couldn’t find the piece. Which means unfortunately that part is now always exposed and there’s no sealing, which may lead to some leaks with regular use. All in all it’s a pretty cup, my girlfriend loves it, but the build quality seems to be lacking, especially with the top.

I am gifting this to a friend, and it is so cute. Wish lid was more solid, but it is a great gift

The product was cracked when I received it - have asked for a replacement - maybe die to poor packaging The cup itself is lovely

Fantastic product. Only downfall is it has to be hand washed. Pretty and practice.
