I haven’t tried this yet and will update the review once I do, but I wanted to let you all know that if some of your ampules arrive fully crystallized, simply stick them in a coffee cup and pour boiling water over them. The longest that it took one of mine to go fully back to normal was around a minute. I hope this helps out others. Update: I used one of these in my hair this morning and am totally sold. It fit easily into my quick morning shower routine and my hair smells sooo nice now. I washed my hair first (no conditioner) and then slowly added the contents of one bottle to my hair, dispersed it as well as possible, piled my hair on top of my head, and clipped it all up. When I finished the other parts of my shower, it washed out really easily and made my hair easy to blow dry since it was so smooth. I’m now sitting here honestly kind of amazed at just how much better my hair feels after only one use. It’s extremely damaged due to years of abuse via heat styling and dying, and I’ve had so much breakage lately that I was considering cutting off about five inches. My split ends were out of control. It’s nowhere near totally restored or anything after a single use, but it’s definitely at least three times nicer feeling and more healthy looking than it was last night. I’m a big fan and am excited to see what continued usage does. Edit: MIX IT WITH WATER BEFORE USING. Seriously. Yes, it still works well if you don’t do this but, if you pour it into a tiny bottle, fill up the tube with water, add the water to the product and shake, it becomes a whole new thing and turns into a creamy conditioner which seems to work way better than just dumping the tube into your hand and trying to get it into your hair. I really wish that I had discovered this earlier. Learn from my mistakes.

I have very thick frizzy hair naturally but recently had my hair Highlighted and had Some pretty bad breakage, so I decided after reading through many reviews and also watching many videos on multiple products that this one was the one for me! Glad I made this choice because my hair is just different after using this, I mean I’m still going to be frizzy because of the breakage that happened due to processing it but the frizz i have is not as rough as it was prior to using this product now my frizz is silky and I can actually run my fingers through my hair when before I couldn’t, it was always dry and knotted in parts. This product also makes my hair feel stronger and it definitely is shinier than before.
