I tried these over the summer and they seemed to really work; I have quite a naturally round face so I decided to wear it to bed and take it off in the morning(much longer than the recommended time). In the morning my face was significantly slimmer and my cheeks seemed less round. It worked really well, although it did make my ears kind of hurt because of the tension it creates on your face. It didn’t cause any breakouts either so that’s just another plus. I would recommend but would warn about the soreness around the ears after wearing for a long time. Worth it in my opinion though!
