I got this product several years ago from an MD who practices alternative medicine and it miraculously took away about 90% of my fibromyalgic pains and debilitating fatigue. I also took a homeopathic syrup called NEU-regen by BioResource. Recently I again became plagued with the same symptoms and tried all different types of vitamins herbs and concoctions prescribed by a naturopath. Nothing worked, I could barely move I was so fatigued all the time and my muscles and ligaments screamed of pain preventing me from exercising. I found the same brand of D-Ribose powder here on Amazon and within 2 days of use the pain and fatigue started to lessen. I tried to find the NEU-regen on line too but found out they only sell to health practictioners. So I just used the D-Ribose and had very good results, really unbelievable. I have never used any product that does what it says it does in such a short period of time. It truly has changed my life. I will never be without it again. I am not sure what the long term side effects are. The warnings say to consult a a doctor if you have diabetes as it is a sugar and can raise blood sugar levels. I am a borderline diabetec and have tested my blood sugar one hour after use and it seemed to have no impact. I don't know how it will affect others or people with full blown diabetes. I am not willing to try any other brand of d-ribose because this one works so well for me. I dont take it after about 2pm as that is what the Dr. who originally sold it to me told me as it may affect your sleep if you take it later. I take it first thing upon rising and then another teaspoon mid morning if possible or at least before 2. I have insomnia so am not willing to risk taking it any later though I am not sure it would impact my sleep if I took it later. I always take it before and after i exercise in the morning. I just can't say enough about this product. It seems to good too good to be true but it is true, at least for me. I strongly recommend this product to anyone who has fibromyalia, chronic fatigue or similar symptoms.

Not really satisfied with this product. I could not tell that I was taking it. No improvement to my health. Very disappointed in it.

If you’re looking for added energy, add this to your daily protocol. I highly recommend! It dissolves easily in my coffee, and I haven’t found any taste associated with it.
