I bought this for a gift for my daughter. With all of the new Barbie craze it just made sense - its the year of her birth. The product came when it said it would. The box was unopened as described and in perfect shape. There was not even a dent in the box. I love it when I buy things that turn out EXACTLY as expected and advertised!!!!! Can't wait for my daughter to open this Christmas morning----haha yes I am already Christmas shopping!!! Great Product/Great Customer Service
