Purchased at sale (S$30, USD $22 equivalent). Was worrying about the expiring date but still have 18 months. Very good deal and satisfied with the purchase

I used to use this all the time but switch to something else as this is a bit sweet over an Ironman. Now i use it for a single gel a race to give the taste buds a treat and change from my gel of choice that i use now. It’s great tasting gel but can be a bit strong to continuously use only this over say an Ironman. Perfect secondary gel.

I love these gels. They work very well for a hard run. I just wish they came in a bulk bottle (both for cost and less trash). They're much more expensive than the hammer gels that come in bulk, but I still buy them from time to time for the higher caffeine content.
