This brand of tyrosyne is much easier to tolerate than the NOW brand. The NOW brand made me very irritable and gave me nightmares. I've not had any issues with this brand and am able to take 2-3 capsules a day. Really helps with brain fog and also supports thyroid function. Put it on subscription!

I have to say first, this supplement works very well for me. I am pleasantly surprised! I've tried other supplements for brain function, motivation, and focus. I am trying to get off of my ADHD meds (Adderall) & when I went off of it I couldn't even get out of bed. This is very similar to the way Adderall is supposed to work. Gives me drive, enhances a good mood, more pleasant as well. To anyone needing more energy and focus/brain fog clarity, with out prescription drugs this is for you! I'm not getting paid to say this believe me . But I read reviews on Amazon before buying ANYTHING and this is the best supplement I've ever tried. I take 500 mg 3 times daily ( I have a very high tolerance for mostly everything) try it out! Your body,mind and soul will thank you! Stay well!

I've been taking two of these every morning for the past - nearly 40 years! I read an article in Muscle & Fitness way back then - how the neuro transmitters get involved, etc.. more mental clarity, more energy. I started taking them. My doctor once asked me why I was taking them, and I didn't remember, it had been so long. So I quit taking them for one year. The year was awful. I had trouble understanding how to do new things; I was grouchy; I just didn't have the energy. The next doctor visit he asked if I was taking them - and I realized why my year had been such a mess! I've been on them ever since. I was told TwinLabs was the best brand, and I try to get it every time.
