IntimaTe WM Heart Office Chair, Mesh Cushion, High Back, Strengthen Spine Lumbar Support, Ergonomic Fit with Adjustable Armrest and Headrest for Home & Office (Black)

So I did a fair bit of shopping around before I purchased this desk chair. As a 6ft2 guy, I finds the smaller desk chairs to be uncomfortable after a while, so I wanted an office chair with a higher and wider back. I have found this chair is ideal for me. It is adjustable, so you can tweak it your liking. The mesh material is comfortable and stops you from overheating after prolonged periods at your desk. The arms are adjustable in height so I am able to slide my chair further into my desk when I'm not using it. The headrest is a nice feature but you don't have to install it. The installation itself is incredibly straight forward and the parts feel high quality and robust. The only negative I can think of is that you can't lock the chair in different degrees of recline, but it really isn't that big a deal. I have wound the resistance for the recliner (the dial located in the chair) to be higher so I can lean back into it as I please. Overall, this chair has been a great purchase. It's almost like a homage to the Herman Miller Aeron... Except for 1/10th of the price. For me, I think it's excellent value for money and would recommend it.

A good chair for a tall broad person. Since using this chair for a month or so my groin injury and back pain has improved. Though the seat base could be a little wider, it's just broad enough to be comfy. Back/lumbar support is excellent. I can spend hours sat in this chair without discomfort. It's no Herman Miller, but at a tenth of the price its a great chair. It would be better if the tilt had a locking feature. All items arrived nicely packaged, and it was easy to assemble. My only real issue is the price from this vendor, there is a 50% increase on the price from Intimate WM website (kicking myself when I realised). If the mesh doesn't start sagging too soon I will buy another, but I will go direct to the Intmate WM site.

Having a £500 odd full mesh chair at work i wanted one for home and found this one for a fraction of the cost (£136). Arrived 2 days before scheduled, was very well packed with all items wrapped. Very easy to assemble, took all of 15 mins. Chair itself is very sturdy, wheels are great with smooth rolling on my LVT floor. In regard to comfort this chair is as, if not more comfortable than my work chair. The mesh seat is great, i will never go back to a standard cushion chair. The lumbar support is adjustable and sits well. Its not to protruding like some, seems to sit just right to offer good support. The recline function is smooth and the adjustable arm rests just finish it off. Overall i’m very happy with the chair as a whole, particularly its support and comfort which is great and good for extended periods of use (no lower back pain when getting up). Great purchase at a great price.

The gas ran out after about 18 months. I contacted the seller, but no response. I even tried to replace the cylinder, but it wouldn't come loose from the bracket. The height was good, but back support and sturdiness was lacking. Reclining ability was okay. The arms adjustment was lacking. But the worst of all is the customer service. It will have to end up being thrown away within 18 months of purchase

You simply cannot get a better office chair for the money. I am amazed at this product Everytime I enter my office, it has replaced a long line of inadequate chairs that I have previously purchased at a much higher price. This chair is fully ventilated mesh construction on seat, back & head and tensioned perfectly to offer a most comfortable suspended seating position (I would love my car seats to be constructed like this). Also fully adjustable seat height & tilt, arm rest height & head support height. Conclusion: if you don't completely love this chair from the first moment you sit in it then you simply can never be satisfied as this chair is the best office chair I have ever known to date.

I purchased this chair in Nov 2021 and if I'm honest, I am happy with the overall quality and comfort, HOWEVER, the gas lift which allows the height adjustment is faulty and each time my staff member sits on the chair, it collapses. I have tried reaching out to the supplier via amazon a few times and cannot seem to get any answers on replacement or just a new gas lift to be sent out. I dont mind paying for it, I just want it sorted. HELP!

Product "bent" within a day of assembly - the 90o angle is now around 110o, which means there is now zero support for sitting up straight, it's either slouch, or have no support sitting upright. Unfortunately this has turn quite an expensive chair into something that's too uncomfortable to use.

Very, very comfortable chair and very supporting to joints Worth every penny. Ordered and was quickly dispatched. It arrived very quickly and as you can see by the pictures very very securely; no issues with any parts and offers parts support should there be an issue. It took less then half an hour to set up with the provided hex key. I did a lot of research before picking this chair and it's absolutely fantastic compared to paying £200+ for other ergonomic chairs. I can't comment on the petite people concern others have experienced as I'm 5'7". I would recommend it for those with joint or health problems, its to supportive and even pleasent to nap in!

Pas possible d'être incliné à 90 degrés et donc penchée en permanence. Va vous détruire le dos... Je me disais que les autres commentaires étaient sûrement des défaut de fabrication rare, et ben non cette chaise est juste une catastrophe.

Ich bin selber Studentin und muss während meinem Studium sehr viel sitzen, weshalb ich nach einem bequemen, aber auch preisgünstigen Stuhl gesucht habe. Nach langem Suchen bin ich auf diesen Stuhl gestoßen, der sehr viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten bietet, aber trotzdem zum fairen Preis verkauft wird. Der Aufbau vom Stuhl war sehr einfach und dank der Bedienungsanleitung einfach nachzuvollziehen. Nach einigen Einstellung am Stuhl, angepasst an meinem Körper, war es auch schon Einsatzbereit nach 10 Minuten. Zum Stuhl muss ich sagen, dass er sehr bequem und schonen für mein Rücken ist, da er etwas gekrümmt ist am Rücken. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Stuhl, vor allem beeindruckt mich die Verarbeitung vom Stuhl, was ein sehr edlen Eindruck macht. Das Design kann sich auch sehen lassen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist einer der besten Punkte am Stuhl! Der Stuhl fühlt sich viel teuer an als der Preis vermuten lässt. Insgesamt, kann ich den Stuhl nur weiter empfehlen!!!

First I wanted to say that I spray painted the silver part black to match the rest of the chair. It didn't come that way. But the chair is really of great quality. It's very comfortable and for the price truly a great buy. Shipping came 3 days faster than the expected time. Assembly was very easy, the manual was very clear. I did it well within 15mins. The gas lift seems to be very good and the first impression is that this chair will last a great while. It's well worth the price. However, I do have to say that you can only fix the chair in one passive position (upright), and not in any of the other positions along the recline. So you either always sit upright in a fixed position or you always sit in an active position. But you can't fix the position at an angle. Also, the headrest cannot be fixed in a position which is a bit annoying. This is the reason why I am giving it 4 stars.

Buscaba una silla ergonómica que fuese completamente de malla para que traspirase bien todo y fuese lo más fresca posible, y no fue fácil la búsqueda, puesto que la inmensa mayoría, de tener malla, únicamente la tenían en el respaldo y no en la parte donde te sientas, teniendo ahí un cojín acolchado... Lo único que veía que fuese todo de malla, a un precio razonable, era una silla SIHOO que rondaba los 220€, los cuales estaba dispuesto a pagar, hasta que vi esta silla por casi 100€ menos... Bien es cierto que su parte inferior es de plástico y no aluminio como otras sillas más caras, pero os aseguro que es un buen plástico, y es algo que en el día a día no se aprecia, y en lo que a comodidad y bienestar se refiere es algo que no te afectará... Tiene las regulaciones básicas de lumbar, altura de la silla y altura y profundidad de reposabrazos, así como reposacabeza si se quiere poner. La silla es muy cómoda, y el único pero que le pondría es que creo que no puede anclarse en un grado de inclinación mayor de los 90º, es decir, puede reclinarse pero en el momento que subas el cuerpo el respaldo volverá a su posición inicial. No obstante, si puede anclarse en esos 90º para no irse hacia atrás (y digo 90º por entendernos, hay una leve inclinación, aunque puede que sea algo común en todo este tipo de sillas). Por concluir, calidad precio más que recomendado.

Appena ho visto l'annuncio di questa sedia mi sono interessato e confrontato con altre abbastanza simili con il vantaggio di avere i braccioli piegabili, che magari favoriscono il posizionamento sotto la scrivania, ma questa è l'unica ad avere lo schienale e la seduta con una rete traspirante, nonché confortevoli. In precedenza avevo una con lo schienale retinato abbastanza alto con un appoggio per la testa fisso in similpelle, ma la seduta era con tessuto nero e schiuma molto sottile, il che riscaldava troppo e la postura non era ottimale, quindi ci si stancava facilmente dopo poco tempo. Invece in questa la postura è impeccabile, con la seduta e lo schienale retinati, oltre a non scaldare non dà alcun tipo di fastidio, anche dopo alcune ore seduto. Il poggiatesta è regolabile sia nella inclinazione che nell'altezza di circa 5 cm, molto comodo soprattutto quando si vuole sfruttare l'inclinazione dello schienale corredato di appoggio lombare per ottimizzare la corretta postura, l'inclinazione no è eccessiva ma comodo il sufficiente per una pausa dalla posizione ereta; il meccanismo di inclinazione permette allo schienale di inclinarsi ma la seduta rimane quase orizzontale, seguendo soltanto parzialmente l'inclinazione dello schienale, in modo a far rimanere più distese le gambe. la stessa leva che comanda l'inclinazione regola l'altezza del pistone in modo molto soave, risulta magari un po' scomoda da adoperare data l'altezza della seduta e così il braccio deve distendersi di più per raggiungere l'azionamento. le ruote anche essendo in plastica, sono doppie e molto scorrevoli e silenziose, molto utile quando si vive sopra altre persone. In conclusione sono moltissimo soddisfatto dell'acquisto di questa non perfettissima però molto valida sedia, per le sue caratteristiche ottimali di postura e instancabilità, secondo me la migliore nel rapporto qualità/prezzo, e se dovessi avere bisogno la riacquisterei volentieri.
