I am a Florida Facial Specialist and a microderm machine is key in my practice. I didn't want to use crystals as it goes against my rules for safety in many ways, however, I did purchase this machine for the practice and I am very glad I did. Of course, when you purchase anything, you are the first one to use it right? Well, it was great to see that it worked like a charm. The suction was perfect as there is no need for much suction in the first place to make the experience pleasant for your client. The diamond heads are perfect as well. Overall, I am very happy to have purchased this product.

This machine is perfect. I have not had any issues and I hope that continues as I love this machine and it's performance. My clients enjoy it as well. So far so good.

I tough the suction is a little be more powerful, but it's not bad. Works for beginners

It's ok but not perfect. For the price it's built like a tin can. The digital display flickers and you have to set the intensity to 75% for medium suction. It works well enough to remove dead skin and stimulate collagen production. I'm not so sure about deep cleaning like professional aluminum oxide crystal machines. The accessories appear to be good quality. Instructions are decent, I've seen worse. They play pricing games, a week later it's cheaper than what I paid. You can probably find a similar machine for half the cost on here that'll do the same job. Don't let the industrial design fool you that it's better somehow.

item was missing a part and it wants me to return the whole thing to be able to get the part which is such i hassle i should just be sent the missing part very upset make sure you are checking, the screen lags so much and doesn’t seem accurate also all of the tips looked so dirty and used when i got them not very happy with my purchase

Once you read the instructions and understand the idea of the process it becomes very good! This is so worth while to invest in. Capable of so much.
