It's a good product that does what it advertises. I am severely lactose intolerant so all of the cheaper gainers are a no go for me. With four kids and a busy schedule keeping my calorie intake high enough is a nightmare, but the Big Steer here makes it a cake walk. Add a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and it's not just easy on the stomach but it's delicious. An added bonus unlike a lot of other protein supplements I've used over the years, absolutely zero protein gas so I'm not worried about ruining date night.

Make sure you use at least 24 oz of water as recommended or you will get clumping. Yes if you use the full amount it’s only 20 servings but very easy to split it. If you do the full amount make sure you get an oversized shaker as the 36oz ones won’t cut it. Taste is just fine, it’s artificial so it’s not going to taste like a 5star meal to begin with. You will gain weight and adjust to it so make sure to track your diet! Great replacement for a meal and with no fat and using complex carbs it fits right into a rushed diet.

The MuscleMeds Carnivor Mass Chocolate Big Steer 1250 is a protein powder designed for individuals looking to build muscle mass and support their athletic goals. The product comes in a large 15 lb container, offering a significant quantity of protein powder. One positive aspect of this product is its taste. The chocolate flavor is generally well-liked and enjoyable, making it easier to consume regularly. Additionally, the high protein content per serving can be beneficial for those seeking to meet their protein requirements for muscle growth. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. Firstly, some users have reported that the powder doesn't mix well, resulting in clumps or a gritty texture. This can be inconvenient and make it less enjoyable to consume. Additionally, the large container size may not be suitable for everyone, as it can be challenging to store or transport. Furthermore, the price point of this product is relatively high compared to similar protein powders on the market. While it offers a substantial quantity, the cost may be prohibitive for some users on a budget. In summary, the MuscleMeds Carnivor Mass Chocolate Big Steer 1250 provides a decent taste and a high protein content for muscle building. However, issues with mixing, the large container size, and the higher price point may be factors to consider before purchasing.

This powder helps me to provide necessary calories and protein after the training and as a first meal in the morning. I do exercise different groups of muscles couple times a week and take a good rest in between, usually just basic exercises with weights (pullups, push-ups, squats). I work on the ship and don't have access to huge amount of milk daily, so this thing fits me perfectly when I mix it with water, the taste is way better than whey or milk based gainers/proteins. But the question is - what actually is it made of? What is the technology and what exactly is the matter that all of us are consuming? Avoiding the chemical stuff, what is that made of? I think that the powder is made of dried cattle sub-products. Any ideas/facts?
