This is the Pouch portion of a ConvaTec 2-piece system ... Wafers are always sold separately. The round Flange that connects to the Wafer is 45mm or 1¾" ... Therefore, you will need to purchase a Wafer that is also 45mm in size.

Does this item come with the seals/wafers?

This is one piece of a Two-piece ostomy system. The Pouches & the Wafers are always sold separately. This needs a 45mm or 1 3/4" Flange size on the Wafer. Thank you, David
