This is a heavy, well made and designed mold that gives a beautiful, faceted heart shell and with filling, a stunning truffle.

This polycarbonate mold was very easy to use and yielded perfect results. Polycarbonate is superior to using silicone molds because of the ability to turn over with one hand to tap out the chocolate. Also, your tempered candies come out nice and shiny.
